English Immigration examination

Falkland College offers Aptis ESOL, an Ofqual-regulated English language qualification developed by the British Council. The examination assesses your speaking, listening, reading and writing skills, providing a clear picture of your English language proficiency.

Although applications for Permanent Residence Permits (PRP) in the Falkland Islands are currently closed, you can still take the examination to gain a recognised qualification. Your results include a level and description of your English skills, helping you identify your strengths and areas for improvement, whether for work, further study or personal development.
